"Under the Bridge" Maple Terrace and Belvedere Acres

Monthly Community Outreach:

“Under the Bridge”: N2N Meets at 6pm on the first and third Friday, and second and forth Saturday of every month to serve our low income, homeless, and divine appointments in and around the City of Washington and Canonsburg. The group meets under Interstate 70 on Jefferson Ave next to McDonalds where we then divide up 80 prepared meals, clothing items, toiletries, blankets, and supplies. The team then divides into at least two groups and sometimes three, depending on the amount of volunteers. We have Five fixed “stations” where the teams go consistently, Jollick Manor in Washington and Valley View Terrace in Canonsburg, Washington Estates Mobile Home Park, Maple Terrace, Belvedere Acres, Woodlands Apartments and Lincoln Terrace where we provide the meals, supplies and offer connection to support Services in and around the area. We also have a mobile unit that visits established locations in Washington including the laundry mat locations and Red Roof Inn off Chestnut Street. We typically have 15 – 25 Volunteers who help with this ministry consistently and is our pillar of community service.
